FAQs

All Casi orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Melbourne as an e-parcel. You can view expected delivery timeframes via Australia Post’s web link, Delivery speeds & coverages.

In the rare case where a Casi product is faulty upon arrival, we are more than happy to follow up and organize a refund or exchange, however, we do not refund or exchange for change of mind.

Casi products have standard 2-year warranty unless the product is purchased during a warranty promotional period, in which case an additional warranty duration will apply.

Casi offers FREE shipping on all products delivered by standard postage; this includes tracking and signature on delivery. Express postage is available at an additional cost and shipping insurance is also available at $1 per $100.

Casi products are made in China with chips and hardware sourced from well-known companies such as Texas Instrument.
